Acceptance

By using Nudge Almanac ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These terms apply to all users including studio admins, team members, and guests.

The service

Nudge Almanac is a financial tracking tool for small businesses. We provide tools to log expenses, revenue, quotes, and upload receipts. We are not a bank, accountant, financial advisor, or tax professional. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial or legal advice.

Your data

You own your data. We store it securely to provide the Service. You can export it at any time using the Export buttons throughout the app. We do not claim any ownership over your financial records, receipts, or business information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts
• Upload malicious files or code
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without permission

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unavailability.

Limitation of liability

Nudge Almanac and Orynt Consulting are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or financial losses. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
